A beautiful villa situated in the lush gardens of Casas Del Sol, the best tourist complex in Playa Blanca! Casas Del Sol is located just a stroll away from all the amenities of Playa Blanca village.
Shops, restaurants, bars and the ferry port to Fuerteventura are all very close at hand. Playa Blanca and Playa Flamingo beach are just a five minute walk.
La Casa Bonita has been refurbished to a high standard with quality furnishings and has everything you could need for your holiday. The villa has two bedrooms and sleeps two persons. (Adults Only) La Casa Bonita is perfect for couples and friends who wish to have the space and privacy of their own villa along with all the comforts of home. We have chosen to limit the number of guests to a maximum of 2, this enables us to maintain the villa to a high standard for all our guests to enjoy time and time again. Casas Del Sol has a touristic license and La Casa Bonita is maintained by CDS Servicios SL onsite management team.
The lounge/dining area is very comfortable with a two seater sofa and armchair, ceiling fan, flat screen tv with all UK/Sky/BT/Sports channels , music system, dvd player , and wifi internet. For indoor dining there is a dining table and three chairs and a fully equipped kitchen comprising oven and hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and all cutlery, crockery, glasses and utensils.
The bathroom comprises a white pedestal sink, toilet and shower with glass screen. Assistance handle also fitted for easy access.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, two double wardrobes with drawers, bedside cabinets with lamps and a dressing table. Mosquito nets have been fitted to the window along with black out blind and there is also a ceiling fan. Hairdryer and quality linen are also supplied along with pool towels.
Bedroom 2 has one single bed, bedside table and lamp, bookcase and also has mosquito net fitted to the window along with black out blind.
The terrace has a table and four chairs for outdoor dining, brick BBQ, sun loungers and a laundry cupboard which houses a washing machine.
La Casa Bonita is located at the end of a block of four villas, the pathway ends outside the terrace so it is very private and secluded. The terrace gets the sun all day and is south facing so ideal for long lazy days or if shade is required there is a pergola with an awning to shade from the heat.
Casas Del Sol complex has a beautiful heated communal pool along with a children's pool, tennis courts, reception office which sells essential items in the small shop area and friendly staff to help with any problems, issues or any tours and excursions you would like to book. The gardens are very lush and pretty and kept to a very high standard.
